By shopping with Sacked store you agree to be bound by the purchase and order terms which constitutes the agreement between Sacked store and you.
PURCHASES
You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order. If an order is placed with wrong details, please contact us immediately with your correct details and order number and we will try our best to rectify the issue. Please note once an order is dispatched we are unable to change details.
You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, sacked store is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Please see our shipping & returns terms for more information.
PURCHASE PRICE
All prices quoted on the website or pursuant to your enquiry with us are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are not required for GST.
Sacked store reserves the right to alter any prices displayed on the website or other forms of communion from time to time and without notice.
PAYMENT
Sacked store accepts payment via credit card (Visa/MasterCard) AfterPay and PayPal only.
Email receipts will be sent after your payment has been confirmed. Different payment methods will entail possible different receipt method, however you will always receive confirmation of your order from Sacked store directly. If you have not received confirmation of your order within 24 hours of placing it, please contact us.
SECURITY
We recognise that protection and safety of information relating to your credit card is very important. Therefore, we provide you with a very safe and stress-free online shopping experience.
PayPal and/or Shopify handles all credit card and PayPal transactions so you can be rest assured you will be receiving the most secure payment platform you can.
We do not store your credit card details at any time.
CONSENT
By agreeing to these purchase and shipping terms, you also consent to receive further electronic communications from us in relation to Sacked store business, including information relating to products, competitions, promotions, special offers and any other commercial message. Of course, you can unsubscribe at any time from receiving updates from us. Simply click 'unsubscribe' within one of our mail outs.
Sacked store under no circumstances share your personal information with anyone. We store your customer details through the secure MailChimp platform and is used for the sole purpose of marketing.
PROCESSING OF ORDERS
Sacked store purchases are processed between Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays in Queensland. Orders are processed within 24 hours and sent via Australia post.
Once an order is successfully placed, you will receive automated emails updating you on the progression of your order.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Sacked store holds the right to cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products subject to your order. Although this is unlikely, it does sometimes happen. Customers with cancelled orders will be contacted immediately with alternative options given.
You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.
PRODUCTS MISSING FROM AN ORDER
Should a product be missing from an order when received, please contact us immediately with the order number and the name and quantity of the product you ordered, and we will make the appropriate investigations and adjust accordingly. Please note all packed orders are recorded in our warehouse so all orders fulfilment is traceable.
