All prices quoted on the website or pursuant to your enquiry with us are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are not required for GST.
Sacked store reserves the right to alter any prices displayed on the website or other forms of communion from time to time and without notice.
Sacked store accepts payment via credit card (Visa/MasterCard) AfterPay and PayPal only.
Email receipts will be sent after your payment has been confirmed. Different payment methods will entail possible different receipt method, however you will always receive confirmation of your order from Sacked store directly. If you have not received confirmation of your order within 24 hours of placing it, please contact us.

PROCESSING OF ORDERS
Sacked store purchases are processed between Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays in Queensland. Orders are processed within 24 hours and sent via Australia post.
Once an order is successfully placed, you will receive automated emails updating you on the progression of your order.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Sacked store holds the right to cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products subject to your order. Although this is unlikely, it does sometimes happen. Customers with cancelled orders will be contacted immediately with alternative options given.
You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.
PRODUCTS MISSING FROM AN ORDER
Should a product be missing from an order when received, please contact us immediately with the order number and the name and quantity of the product you ordered, and we will make the appropriate investigations and adjust accordingly. Please note all packed orders are recorded in our warehouse so all orders fulfilment is traceable.
